Subject Matter Expert -- Part-Time (Various)

Description:

BlackFlag Advisors maintain a deep bench of part-time SMEs across domains such as IT, business operations, aviation, C4ISR, logistics, systems engineering, intel analysis, UAS/C-UAS, training and various technical services. SMEs support client pursuits with solution development & validation, black hat support and color team participation.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

• BA/BS degree and 10+ years of experience or Masters degree (preferred) with 8+ years of experience. Additional experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.

• Strong functional background and wide range of experience within the field of study.

• Experience developing basis of estimates

• Experience with the parametric modeling tools preferred

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with client senior leadership

• High degree of proficiency with the Microsoft Office

Target Salary Range: $45/hr - $135/hr. Salary range is dependent on relevant experience, education, and role complexity.
