Description:

BlackFlag Advisors is seeking an experienced Senior PTW Consultant to lead strategic price—to-win efforts on high-value federal proposals. Join our PTW team as a part-time senior advisor, which is ideal for professionals with deep pricing and strategy experience seeking flexible engagement. This role involves building data-driven pricing targets, shaping competitive positioning, and supporting client teams through capture and pricing strategy development. Ideal candidates will have deep familiarity with federal procurement trends, cost modeling, and bid strategy execution across DoD and Civilian sectors.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

• BA/BS degree and 10+ years of experience or Masters degree (preferred) with 8+ years of experience

• Strong quantitative background, with an understanding of probability distributions and Monte Carlo simulations

• Extensive experience developing financial models and basis of estimates

• Experience with the SEER parametric modeling tools highly desired

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with client senior leadership

• High degree of proficiency with the Microsoft Office

Target Salary Range: $65/hr - $135/hr. Salary range is dependent on relevant experience, education, and role complexity.
