Description:

BlackFlag Advisors is seeking a Senior Competitive Intelligence Consultant to lead CI efforts across markets and contract pursuits. This role includes conducting competitor profiles, CI briefings, market studies, pipeline generation, and black hats. Ideal candidates have experience aggregating and synthesizing disparate intel into actionable capture guidance.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

• BA/BS degree and 10+ years of experience or Masters degree (preferred) with 8+ years of experience

• Strong analytical background with experience in market research, federal procurement analysis, or strategic planning

• Demonstrated expertise in building competitor profiles, conducting opportunity landscapes, and supporting black hat sessions

• Familiarity with past performance evaluation and technical capability analysis

• Ability to synthesize disparate data into clear, actionable intelligence for executive audiences

• Skilled at working with and analyzing large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights

• Strong communication skills with the ability to brief senior client stakeholders clearly and persuasively

• Experience with subscription tools, SAM.gov, and open-source research tools preferred

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Target Salary Range: $95,000 - $160,000. Salary range is dependent on relevant experience, education, and role complexity.
