Description:

BlackFlag Advisors is seeking a PTW Consultant to support strategic pricing and positioning efforts for federal contracts. This role includes developing competitive price targets, supporting bottoms-up cost models, and delivering insights on competitor postures and likely bid strategies. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in GovCon pricing, capture support, and the federal acquisition process across DoD and/or Civilian portfolios. We're hiring a PTW Consultant to support client capture teams with competitive assessments, pricing models, and win strategy development. This role requires prior exposure to cost estimating, government proposals, and market analysis.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

• BA/BS degree and 5-10 years of experience or Masters degree (preferred) with 3-8 years of experience

• Strong quantitative background, with a knowledge of probability distributions and Monte Carlo simulations

• Experience developing financial models and basis of estimates

• Introductory knowledge with the SEER parametric modeling tools preferred

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with client senior leadership

• High degree of proficiency with the Microsoft Office

Target Salary Range: $95,000 - $160,000. Salary range is dependent on relevant experience, education, and role complexity.
