Description:

BlackFlag Advisors is seeking a Junior Finance Consultant, which is an ideal role for early-career finance professionals interested in GovCon PTW, pricing strategy and financial analysis. The Junior Finance Consultant will support wrap rate development, assist in analyzing indirect cost structures, and contribute to pricing inputs for client projects. This role offers exposure to real-world pricing strategies and collaboration with PTW, finance, and capture teams.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field

• 0–4 years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or federal contracting support

• Familiarity with wrap rate components including fringe, overhead, G&A, and fee

• Ability and comfort working with complex financial models

• Basic understanding of financial statements and cost forecasting techniques

• Detail-oriented, with strong analytical thinking and communication skills

• Ability to adeptly communicate with clients

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel-based financial modeling and analysis

Target Salary Range: $60,000 - $100,000. Salary range is dependent on relevant experience, education, and role complexity.
