Description:

Join BlackFlag Advisors’ Competitive Intelligence team to support pipeline generation, opportunity landscapes, and competitor assessments. Competitive Intelligence Consultants will develop research briefs, monitor market activity, and support ongoing CI support to capture teams.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

• BA/BS degree and 5-10 years of experience or Masters degree (preferred) with 3-8 years of experience

• Analytical background with experience in market research, federal procurement analysis, or strategic planning

• Demonstrated experience in building competitor profiles and conducting opportunity landscapes

• Familiarity with past performance evaluation and technical capability analysis

• Ability to synthesize disparate data into clear, actionable intelligence for executive audiences

• Skilled at working with and analyzing large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights

• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with clients effectively

• Experience with subscription tools, SAM.gov, and open-source research tools preferred

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Target Salary Range: $70,000 - $120,000. Salary range is dependent on relevant experience, education, and role complexity.
